An Indian Army veteran and former corporate leader, Suresh has spent more than two decades in leadership roles across Asia and Europe, spanning engineering, human resources, occupational health and safety, sales, marketing, and business management. He has also worked as a fitness trainer and coach since 2006.
Suresh noticed that the challenge was rarely a lack of information. Most professionals know they should exercise, eat well, sleep better, manage stress, and support their mental wellbeing. The harder part is turning that knowledge into consistent action as work, family, travel, age, energy, and circumstances change.
That insight led him to create the FLOW Method®, a personalised coaching process that brings fitness, wellness, recovery, mindset, and personal change together. His work is especially focused on mid-career and midlife professionals who feel stuck or inconsistent with their health despite success in other areas of life.
Suresh believes leaders should approach their physical and mental capacity with the same strategic thinking they bring to their careers: understand where they are, define where they want to go, make a realistic plan, and adapt it as life changes.
His first book, Resilient by Design: How to Build Lasting Health, Energy, and Resilience After 30 Without Sacrificing Your Career or Family Responsibilities, shares a practical 12-step approach to sustainable health. Based in Sweden, Suresh continues to help professionals build health that works in the real world through online coaching.
